In St. Petersburg, HBB4 LLC purchased three industrial facilities totaling 23,250 square feet at 222 22nd St. S for $700,000 from Wesley and Barbara Banks and CR Johnson Holdings LLC bought a 9,800-square-foot flex office property at 1601 3rd Street S. for $495,000 from PNC Bank.
