
ATLANTA-A portion of a city block in Midtown Atlanta will be converted into a mixed-use development. A joint venture between Faison Enterprises and Sereo Group Inc. recently purchased the 2.5-acre tract for $6.5 million from Thirty Third Latitude Properties.
The developers submitted their plans for a mixed-use project to the Midtown Development Review Committee. The project, known as 131 Ponce de Leon Ave., will comprise 321 apartments as well as 8,600 square feet of retail space. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
