BLOOMINGTON, MN-Founders Properties has paid $44.6 million for the Southpoint Office Center, a 15-story office complex in Bloomington. The office complex comprises three buildings totaling 365,000 square feet at 1650 and 1700 West 82nd St.

The property, sold by United Properties, is nearly 97% leased to tenants such as United Bankers' Bank, the Minnesota Society of CPAs, Wells Fargo & Co. and McDonald's Corp.
