BOLTON, MA-Paragon Holdings has paid $8 million for a 72-acre site in Bolton. The company purchased the former the Future Electronics property at 41 Main St. from RGM Holdings and plans to spend $1 million in the structure.

Paragon Holdings has plans to merge its operations in Southborough and Ashland into one global headquarters at the Main Street building for the Paragon Cos. The new office campus contains a 301,647-square-foot structure with various amenities. Paragon is planning to occupy the new building in January. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
