SIDNEY, OH-A joint venture has picked up a Kroger-anchored shopping center in Sidney for approximately $4.3 million. PECO-ARC Institutional Joint Venture I has recently bought Sidney Towne Center in Shelby County.

The shopping center measuring more than 118,000 square feet is 98.5% leased to tenants such as a Kroger grocery store, Aarons Rents, Anytime Fitness and Buffalo Wild Wings. Kroger occupies nearly 90,000 square feet at the center. For the full story, go to Dayton Business Journal .
