BIRMINGHAM, UK-KSL Capital Partners and its subsidiary have acquired The Belfry resort situated near Birmingham in the West Midlands. The resort, situated on 133 acres, contains 324 rooms, with conferencing and meeting facilities and three 18-hole golf courses.
The UK PGA houses its headquarters at The Belfry resort. George Nicholas of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels said that the resort attracted international interest from investors. Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels marketed the hotel on behalf of the owners. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
