
BOSTON-The Davis Cos. has bought an office building at 24 Farnsworth St. in Boston's Seaport District for $14 million. This six-story building includes an office space of 75,000 square feet. Recently, the company brought the brick-and-beam building's occupancy rate to 50% by securing two new tenants for 37,000 square feet.
