NASHVILLE-Coral Springs-based G&C Abbington Investors LLC has purchased a 274-unit apartment community in Antioch for $13.3 million. Abbington Heights is located at 149 Hickory Hollow Terrace. G&C Abbington Investors bought this apartment community by paying $48,000 per unit. The company was represented in the deal by William Kirkland from The Kirkland Co.
An affiliate of Carter-Haston Real Estate, based in Nashville, was the seller of the Antioch apartments. Earlier, the multifamily property was sold for $8.6 million in 2011. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
