AUSTIN, TX-Austin Vista Lago LP, an investment group based in Austin, has acquired Vista Lago Apartments, a 102-unit apartment property at 2215 Town Lake Circle in Southeast Austin. The group purchased the apartment complex from Carlsbad, California-based Lanshire Housing Partners LLC.
The property sits on an approximately 3.8-acre land near Lady Bird Lake. The Travis Central Appraisal District records indicated that the property was valued at $2.85 million. Muskin Commercial LLC handled the deal for the seller. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
