CLEARWATER, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of a multifamily property in Clearwater. Maria D. Decruz and Julio C. Cruz from Randolph, Massachusetts, have purchased the 16-unit apartment building, called 810 Belleair Road, for $610,000 from 810 Clearwater LLC, which is managed by Brian L. and Tari Pinnock.
