FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-OneBlood has bought a 75,000-square-foot office building in Fort Lauderdale out of receivership for $9.8 million. The nonprofit was represented in the deal by Michael T. Fay and John K. Crotty of Colliers South Florida.
The building is located at 3000 W. Cypress Creek Road. The Florida Department of Financial Services acting as receiver for insurance company Aequicap Insurance was the seller.
