EDINA, MN-Hines Global REIT Inc. has acquired the Galleria shopping mall in Edina. The Houston-based company reported that it bought a Minneapolis Retail Center situated just outside Minneapolis for $127 million.
Earlier this month, Hines said that it had invested in the upscale retail center, but did not reveal the amount of investment made in the center. Gabbert & Beck Inc., led by Warren Beck, is currently managing the shopping center and it will continue to manage the property under Hines.
