MELROSE, MA-Pembroke Real Estate has sold a 16-acre apartment complex located in Melrose for $188 million. Oak Grove Village is a 550-unit apartment building situated at the corner of Pine Banks Park where Malden and Melrose meet.
The apartment features designed landscaping, village common and walking paths and courtyards. The Shops at Oak Grove Village, garage parking, pool and clubhouse with fitness center are also included in the community. CB Richard Ellis/N.E.
