NAPERVILLE, IL-An affiliate of Orochem Technologies Inc. has bought an industrial facility in west suburban Naperville. APG Orochem Inc. acquired 340 Shuman Blvd. in June for $2.7 million from Dow Jones & Co. Inc.

The company paid nearly $32 per square foot for the 84,000-square-foot building. Until 2008, New York-based Dow Jones used the property as a printing facility and put the property on the market in 2009.
