LOS ANGELES-Clark Pacific has acquired Hanson Structural Precast's assets in California. The West Sacramento company that supplies precast concrete bought an 80-acre industrially-zoned parcel in Adelanto as well as a plant in Irwindale.
The plant in Irwindale will become the fourth precast concrete-production building for Clark Pacific in California. Ed Wopschall will manage the Irwindale plant for Clark Pacific. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
