
BALTIMORE-The Howard Hughes Corp. has picked up a nine-story Class A office building next to the Mall of Columbia in downtown Columbia. The property, known as 70 Corporate Center, comprises 169,700 square feet of office space and is located at Little Patuxent and Broken Land parkways.
The building was developed in 1992. Howard Hughes, which owns the old Rouse Co. headquarters, is working on several developments, including a $100-million apartment and retail building adjacent to the mall. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
