SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Scottsdale Healthcare has sold its medical office space in Scottsdale to HCP Inc. The nonprofit health system unloaded approximately 400,000 square feet of space for $81 million.
The land, where the three hospital campuses of SHC sit, is owned by SHC and is leased to HCP. The properties include Scottsdale Healthcare Thompson Peak Hospital at 7400 E. Thompson Peak Parkway; Scottsdale Healthcare Shea Medical Center at 9003 E. Shea Blvd.; and Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn Medical Center at 7400 E. Osborn Road.
