BALTIMORE-San Francisco-based Terreno Realty Corp. has bought an industrial building in Elkridge for $6.7 million. The 66,000-square-foot building at 7125 Troy Hill Drive was constructed in 2003 and is currently 90% occupied.

The rear load distribution facility is situated within the Troy Hill Industrial Park, between U.S. Route 1 and Interstate 95. Terreno Realty will take over a mortgage loan with a total amount of roughly $3.6 million. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
