ARLINGTON, TX-Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT Inc. has picked up two data centers in Texas for $45.9 million. The Tampa-based REIT said in a statement that the two data center properties, located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, are 100% leased.
The Atos Data Center in Arlington is leased to an unnamed tenant, recorded as a global IT service company. The InterNAP Data Center in Plano is also leased to an unidentified tenant, described as a provider of IT infrastructure services. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
