
CHICAGO-The Academy of General Dentistry is planning to expand its headquarters in an office condominium building in the West Loop next year. The Chicago-based organization has purchased the 58,000-square-foot office space at 560-66 W. Lake St. in Chicago from the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago.
AGD acquired its stake in the 136,000-square-foot building for $5.3 million and financed the acquisition with a $3.8-million loan secured from JPMorgan Chase Bank NA.
