SCOTTSDALE, AZ-A partially completed office project in north Scottsdale has changed hands. A Scottsdale entity purchased Peaks Corporate Park earlier this month for $7.7 million.
The 7.2-acre park, located on the southeast corner of Pinnacle Peak and Miller roads, comprises two office buildings totaling nearly 135,000 square feet as well as an underground parking garage. Both buildings were purchased by Peaks Corporate Park LLC. Lender Armed Forces Bank took back the property in 2009 after the developer defaulted on a nearly $20-million loan.
