BOCA RATON, FL-Ohio-based Health Care REIT has purchased The Sunrise Atrium at Boca Raton, a 160-unit senior housing community at 1080 N.W. 15th St., for $31.54 million from Royal Senior Care. RSC Atrium, managed by Royal Senior Care, sold the community, which earlier traded for $4.5 million in 2004.
Separately, Health Care REIT also bought Presidential Place, 100-unit assisted living facility at 3880 S. Circle Drive in Hollywood, from Royal Senior Care for $11.56 million. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
