DALLAS-Extra Space Self Storage Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Salt Lake City, has bought a portfolio of two self-storage facilities totaling 163,000 square feet in the Dallas area. The REIT bought the portfolio from 5B Investments Inc. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
One of the properties is located near the junction of the Preston George Bush Turnpike and Preston Road and the other is situated along State Highway 360. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP marketed the portfolio. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
