MILL CREEK, WA-A private investor has picked up The Village by The Creek, a retail property comprising 26,576 square feet at 800 164th St. S.E. in Mill Creek. The investor paid $5.53 million for the property.
Snohomish County property records showed that the previous owner of the property was By The Creek Village. The retail property was constructed in 1985. Dino Christophilis, Marc Cunningham and Daniel Chhan of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented both parties in the deal.
