IRVING, TX-A partnership formed by Fairways Equities and Wolverine Interests has purchased three office buildings totaling 539,000 square feet at 250 E. John Carpenter Freeway in Irving. The partnership bought the former Associates Corp. office complex from a unit of Behringer Harvard.

The new owners have plans to redevelop the property. VHA Inc. will take 300,000 square feet at the property to house its national headquarters.
