CHICAGO-A pension adviser based in Boston has sold a mostly vacant office building in Downers Grove for approximately $12.6 million. A TA Associates Realty LLC fund sold Woodland Corporate Tower, a six-story, 183,619-square-foot office building at 1333 Butterfield Road, to Wilton, Connecticut-based Westport Capital Partners LLC, which paid just above $68 per square foot for the property.
