DALLAS-Investors have picked up a recently remodeled office building in North Dallas for an undisclosed price. Dallas-based PegasusAblon purchased the 8300 Douglas structure in Preston Center in partnership with Houston's Lionstone Group.
The office building, measuring more than 100,000 square feet, is located on the east side of the Dallas North Tollway. The seller was Parmenter Realty Partners. The building is appraised for taxes at $11.2 million. Florida-based Parmenter acquired the property in 2004 and spent $3.8 million to upgrade it. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
