IRVINE, CA-As space needs change for corporate end users, tenants need flexibility from their landlords regarding the amount of space they occupy, says John Gabriel of L.A. Fitness, who spoke on the panel, “CoreNet Southern California Presents: Needs of the Modern End User” during RealShare Orange County 2012. Gabriel spoke with Carrie Rossenfeld during the event and touched upon:
