MIAMI BEACH-The Van Dyke Cafe building situated on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach has changed hands for $16 million. Public records showed that a company functioning as Lincoln Road/Jefferson Street Investors was the seller of the 23,000-square-foot building that contains Van Dyke Cafe.
The property is located at 846 Lincoln Road and it was bought by a company functioning as RC Lincoln Road Holdings. It was constructed in 1924. The property was earlier sold for $15.5 million in September 2007. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
