BOCA RATON, FL-A company affiliated with Winston Harton Holdings executives has purchased the Boca Raton Bridge Hotel. BB Hotel Owner JV, managed by Jonathan Rosenfeld and Russell Flicker, paid $20.2 million for the 121-room hotel located at 999 E. Camino Real.
An entity functioned as Boca Bridge was the seller. Boca Bridge cleared a $15-million note held by Boca Bridge Finance on the property at the time of sale.
