STAG Industrial Acquires Three Armacell Buildings for $20M

MEBANE, NC-STAG Industrial, Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Boston has bought two buildings in Mebane and one in Dallas, Georgia, for a combined $19.8 million.

MEBANE, NC-STAG Industrial, Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Boston has bought two buildings in Mebane and one in Dallas, Georgia, for a combined $19.8 million. The three industrial buildings total 518,838 square feet.

The buildings comprise two distribution and warehouse buildings and one light manufacturing facility. They are 100% leased to a global manufacturer of foam insulation, Armacell LLC.
