DALLAS- Hank Wolpert has joined the HREC Dallas office as vice president. He amassed 40 years of hotel industry experience and brings the sum of his work to this office. Wolpert’s work has enabled him to develop a strong background in individual assets and portfolios as well as their positioning, potential and upside value creation.
Prior to his role at HREC, Wolpert was senior vice president for Colliers International Hotels and PFK Capital, based out of the Dallas Fort Worth office. Before this, he worked with the Marriott Corp. and Sheraton Corp. holding senior roles in operations, sales and marketing for 15 years. He was also senior vice president of development for Richfield Hospitality Services.
In a statement released by HREC, Wolpert said: “I am very pleased to be joining HREC's highly respected and dedicated national hotel team, which provides me the unique opportunity to bring proven expertise, services, performance and resources to my industry clients and the South Central region.”
