SAN DIEGO-Aliso Viejo-based Sunstone Hotel Investors has agreed to sell three hotels and closed the sale of a fourth one. The company is selling Hilton Del Mar, a 257-room hotel in San Diego County, Doubletree Guest Suites Minneapolis, a 229-room property in Minnesota, and Marriott Troy, a 350-room hotel in Michigan, for $107.1 million, or about $128,100 per room.
