
LONDON-Aylesbury Vale Estates (AVE), a joint venture company established by Aylesbury Vale District Council (AVDC) as well as a consortium of investors organized by Guildhouse UK, has bought Hale Leys Shopping Centre, a 95,000-square-foot center in Aylesbury. The seller was Warner Estate.
The purchase price is close to GBP 12 million. The property, situated opposite Marks & Spencer, comprises 20 retail units and is anchored by Next and Boots stores. AVE was represented by Strutt & Parker and Savills advised Warner in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
