
SAN JOSE, CA-Embarcadero Capital Partners LLC has bought Almaden Financial Plaza, a three-building office complex in downtown San Jose, from Legacy Partners Commercial. The company purchased the complex, which includes more than 400,000 square feet of office space and a 1,200-car parking facility, through a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure.
