GOODLETTSVILLE, TN-A property management company based in Atlanta has bought a 200-unit apartment community in Goodlettsville for $8.6 million. Davidson County property records reveled that Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors Inc. has paid nearly $43,000 per unit for the Rivergate Meadows Apartments situated at 100 Rivergate Meadows Drive.
Rivergate Meadows Apartment Associates LP was the seller of the 17-acre property. The Goodlettsville apartment complex was earlier sold in 2001 for $8.1 million. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
