FRANKFURT-Centerscape has purchased a portfolio of six retail properties in Germany for more than EUR 20 million from The Miller Group. The retail properties, which total 150,694 square feet, are located in the regions of Baden-Wuerttemberg, Bavaria and Hesse.
The properties are situated in Weiterstadt, Stuttgart, Offenburg, Buehl, Markt Indersdorf and Neutraubling. They are fully leased and the anchor tenants include Edeka, Netto, Norma and Penny. Centerscape currently owns 66 properties. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
