LONDON-Pramerica Real Estate Investors has sold a portfolio of five senior housing facilities in the United Kingdom for GBP 154 million. The five senior living facilities, opened in 2009, contain a total of 522 beds. Pramerica has sold the facilities to an affiliate of HealthCare REIT.
The facilities were kept in two separate joint venture partnerships between Sunrise Senior Living as well as institutional funds set up and controlled by Pramerica. Eversheds, CBRE Specialist Markets and PWC advised the joint ventures in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
