CORAL GABLES, FL-A Central American investor has paid $10.3 million for the Kendar office property in Coral Gables. The five-story building, located at 1550 Madruga Ave., was sold by Kenneth D. Rosen, who owned the property since 1981.

A company functioning as Tamarindo was the buyer. The property is now 97% Leased. Mazzei Realty Services, headed by Edmund Mazzei, represented Rosen, while Pilar Pulido from The Keyes Co. and Ben Silver from Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer in the deal.
