
IRVINE, CA-Manulife Financial Corp., a Toronto-based financial services company, has purchased The Michelson, a 19-story office tower near John Wayne Airport in Irvine, from Emmes. Sources familiar with the deal said that the office building traded for over $500 per square foot, or about $270 million.
The 536,000-square-foot building is situated the Park Place campus. Current tenants in the building include LA Fitness International LLC, Hyundai Capital America and several notable law firms. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal .
