GALT, CA-California Waste Recovery Systems is planning to shift its operations from Lodi to Galt. The waste recycling company will combine its operations in an approximately 98,000-square-foot warehouse facility.
The CoStar Group information service reported that DKCR Properties, also doing business as California Waste Recovery, recently bought the warehouse facility at 175 Enterprise Court for about $3.8 million from KMS Development.
