MORAINE, OH-The former Cooper Tire property in Moraine has changed hands. CBRE has marketed the 779,000-square-foot building located at 3601 Dryden Road on behalf of California-based Covington Group. Montgomery County property records revealed that the property was sold to Vonmil Realty LLC for $7.5 million.
The building is situated on more than 30 acres of land. CBRE brokers Doug Whitten, Mike Lowe, Jason Williams and Tim Schenke negotiated the deal on behalf of Covington Group. For the full story, go to Dayton Business Journal .
