NASHVILLE-KBS Real Estate Investment Trust Inc., based in Newport Beach, California, has sold the Greenbriar Business Park in Nashville for $12.4 million. Davidson County property records revealed that the 135,000-square-foot office park, located at 2525 Perimeter Place Drive, was purchased by The Adler Group, a commercial real estate firm based in Miami.
