ATLANTA-Highwoods Properties, Inc. has paid $146.7 million for Two Alliance Center, a 492,000-square-foot office building in Atlanta. Tishman Speyer developed the property in 2009. The office building changed hands for $298 per square foot.
Two Alliance contains 29 stories above the Buckhead submarket. Marsh & McLennan Cos., an international professional services firm, and Novelis Inc., a global aluminum products manufacturer, lease 123,500 and 125,200 square feet, respectively, in the building.
