VIDEO: Retail Development Comes Back

SAN DIEGO-Retail real estate development was considered a thing of the past, but Primestor Development is getting projects out of the ground.

SAN DIEGO-Retail real estate development isn't dead for Primestor Development. Among the firm's new projects is Azelea, in South Gate, outside of Los Angeles. Arturo Sneider, chief executiive officer of, Primestor Development, spoke with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter about that project here at the ICSC Western Division Conference.

The two also discussed:

The tenant mix he expects for the property.
