SAN DIEGO-There are hundreds of thousands of High Desert consumers in San Bernardino County hoping for more retail options.

SAN DIEGO-The Victor Valley area of San Bernardino County will pull a market of 400,000 people if the right retailers are present, explains Erik Westedt, a vice president at CBRE. He spoke with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter at the recent ICSC Western Division conferece here.
