
CARY, NC-An affiliate of The Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America has picked up Windsor at Tryon Village, an upscale apartment community situated in Cary, for $54 million. Windsor at Tryon Village, situated at 2000 Crossroads Manor Court, comprises 393 apartment units. Guardian paid $137,404 paid per unit for the multifamily property in late August.
Arlington, Virginia-based Woodfield Investments developed the community in 2006. In 2008, the property was sold for $40.4 million to the investment firm of JP Morgan Chase. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
