LITTLETON, CO-Riverside Downs LLC has sold Riverside Downs, a six-building retail village in Littleton, for $22.25 million. The retail buildings, situated at Santa Fe Drive and Belleview Avenue, changed hands for $222.90 per square foot.
At the time of the deal, the buildings were 97% leased. Rob Edwards and Tom Ethington of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the unnamed buyer. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
