
ST. LOUIS-The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that Mills Properties wants to put three Plaza Square apartment properties situated in downtown St. Louis up for sale. Chief executive officer, Bruce Mills informed that the properties have attracted the interest of potential buyers. The company based in Clayton had invested $4 million for renovating one of the buildings.
