PORTLAND, OR-Holland Residential has sold an apartment complex in Lloyd District for $48.62 million. The Vancouver-based company sold its Axcess 15, a 202-unit apartment community located at 1500 N.E. 15th Ave. in Portland, to Chicago-based Waterton Associates LLC.
The multifamily property changed hands for $240,717 per unit. It is 95% occupied and includes 171,830 square feet of leasable space. Nick Santangelo and Jim Rice of CBRE Capital Markets arranged $33.5 million in financing for the deal. CBRE's Kirk Taylor handled the sale. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
